Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MOBILIOJI VISATA UAB ("we", "us") and govern your use of the GreenCare mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. Depending on where you obtained the App, Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA (App Store) or Google Play's Terms of Service (Google Play Store) also applies; these Terms supplement whichever applies.

2. The service

GreenCare helps you care for houseplants: it identifies plant species from photos, diagnoses plant health problems, suggests treatment plans, builds care schedules, and answers plant-care questions via an AI assistant.

3. AI-generated content

Identification results, diagnoses, treatment plans, and assistant answers are generated by artificial intelligence. AI guidance is not a substitute for professional advice. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate, and the App does not provide medical or veterinary advice. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

4. Plant safety & toxicity information

The App may display information about plant toxicity to people or animals. This information is provided for general informational purposes only: it may be incomplete or inaccurate, and it is not medical or veterinary advice. Do not rely on the App as your only source when making decisions about the safety of children or pets. Keep plants out of reach of children and animals. If you suspect a person or an animal has ingested or been exposed to a toxic plant, contact a doctor, veterinarian, or poison control service immediately — do not wait for, or rely on, information from the App.

5. Your account

You sign in with your email address using one-time codes. You are responsible for maintaining control of that email account and for all activity under your GreenCare account. You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into this agreement.

6. Subscriptions

Parts of the App require a paid GreenCare Premium subscription:

Actual prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store or Google Play Store before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or your Google Play account (Google Play Store) at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if not cancelled. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings, or in Google Play → Subscriptions (Google Play Store). Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies, or by Google under Google Play's policies, depending on where you subscribed. Without a subscription the App includes a free tier (currently one plant identification and one diagnosis); we may change what is included in the free tier.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to it; reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law; scrape or bulk-extract content; upload unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights; or use the App's output to build a competing dataset or service.

8. Content & intellectual property

The App, including its design, illustrations, brand, and content, belongs to MOBILIOJI VISATA UAB or its licensors. Photos you upload remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process and store them solely to provide the service to you.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOBILIOJI VISATA UAB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for loss or damage — including harm to plants, animals, people, or property — arising from reliance on identification results, diagnoses, treatment plans, care schedules, or toxicity information provided by the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence remains unaffected.
